Terms & Conditions for Regency Executive Travel.

  1. Any airport collections after Midnight will incur an extra 25% charge.
    All prices are plus airport drop off charges or car parking on return collections.
    Waiting time charged @ £28.00 per hour before midnight and thereafter £35.00 per hour.
    Should a flight be delayed or redirected and NO substantial information is available waiting time will be charged from the time the flight was originally due to land.
  2. Any other waiting time aside from airport collections is charged at £28.00 per hour before midnight, thereafter £35.00 per hour.
  3. Prices quoted are for journeys commencing in Milton Keynes travelling direct to your destination, for all other starting points please request a quote.
  4. Prices are for one way unless otherwise stated.
  5. Prices include 10 minutes waiting time, parking costs are additional.
  6. A 25% deposit is required for non-account holders.
  7. Regency Executive Travel require 24 hours notice for cancellations;
    • cancellations made under 24 hours notice are subject to a 25% charge;
    • cancellations made under 12 hours notice are subject to a 50% charge;
    • cancellations made under 6 hours notice are subject to a 75% charge;
    • cancellations made under 3 hours notice are charged at full rate.
  8. No shows will be charged at full rate.
  9. Any damage caused to the car by a client is charged to the client in full; any illness in the car will be charged at £100.00 minimum.
  10. The driver has the right to decline excessive luggage either by weight or size.
  11. Regency Executive Travel accept no responsibility for loss or damage to any luggage or goods carried in the car.
  12. All vehicles are Non Smoking at all times.
  13. In the event of non-payment, Regency Executive Travel reserve the right to recover outstanding debts through a reputable debt collection agency plus additional charges.
